- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once a plan is approved, we implement the solution, provide ongoing support when needed, and continue monitoring technology performance to ensure your systems support your business.

I have over 12 years of hands-on experience in information technology & information systems, supporting business operations, managing IT environments, improving workflows, and implementing technology solutions that help organizations operate more efficiently. My experience includes IT operations, cybersecurity best practices, cloud platforms, device management, user support, and technology strategy. As the founder of Kent & Brandy Technology Partners, I lead a team and network of experienced IT professionals with a combined 20+ years of technology experience. Together, we bring a wide range of expertise in managed IT services, technology consulting, infrastructure, security, and business systems. Our approach combines technical knowledge with business understanding, allowing us to not only solve technology problems but also help clients make informed decisions about their long-term technology needs.
