- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 20% off for new customers with code welcome20! Price is determined based on service requested, frequency of service, size of home, and condition of home. We'll work with you to get a bespoke quote virtually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get a request for a new clean, we'll ask additional questions to understand the scope of the service being requested, your expectations for the clean, and your budget. With this, we can provide a bespoke quote and work with our network of cleaners to schedule and book you. The cleaner will arrive during the requested time window so that you can show them the home and share any areas of particular concern. Then that cleaner will get started. We'll provide the same cleaner for every visit after that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have been in the industry 5-20 years and have a keen attention to detail.
