- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees for real estate services differ depending on whether you are buying and/or selling a property. This is discussed in full detail during initial buyer or seller consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conduct a brief introduction via phone call or email. Next, determine the need for a more comprehensive 30 -40 minute in-person or virtual consultation, to assess the needs of the customer, as well as establish and discuss expectations. Finally, agree to formalize the working relationship.
