⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Above and Beyond Property Management and Renovation Support This property was my childhood home and I had many memories here. The home was sitting for 4 years after my father passed away, and I had not idea what I was going to do with the home since there was much needed repairs. Omid convinced me to rent the home out and he would handle all the repairs including vetting all applicants for the home. Omid completed a market analysis to ensure the home was being rented at the correct price. His team came in overnight and flipped this entire house in less than 30 days. He always kept me abreast of all repairs, and issues with the home. Omid worked me to finance the repairs, which he didn't have to do. He saw so much potential in the home and his kindness and expertise allowed me to trust that he would do and incredible job. Their team coordinated everything: deck and window replacement, interior and exterior painting, electrical upgrades including outlets, a new heating and air conditioning system, hot water heater installation, and even house cleaning full trash removal. Every detail was handled professionally, on time, and with great care. Funny, after he was done, I wanted to move back into the home. Anyways, the home is now rented and I can rest easy knowing he handles all the rent payments and any repairs to the home for a small fee. It's worth every dime. Their dedication, responsiveness, and expertise made a stressful process incredibly smooth. I highly recommend them to any homeowner needing full-service property management and renovation support. Zima Property Management has exceeded all expectations. Not only do they provide outstanding property management services—handling maintenance, upkeep, and finding qualified residents—but they also guided us through a complete renovation of my parents’ home to get it rent-ready.
