- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal Recruiting: We respond to the customer in reply to their email or message to get the basic information about them, their career, their job needs. We follow up by phone or online meeting to complete the client intake proposal for the specific services the client wants to subscribe to from month-to-month. All other services, we adapt to how the client generally wants to work with us. Once we're engaged by a client, we create the resume (offering the opportunity for the first draft to be edited once). Minor tweaking should be all that's needed on a resume. Cover letters and LinkedIn documents come later. And Career Coaching: Google Meet or if local, in person.
