Resume Only: $125 — Entry level (0-2 years) $175 — Mid-career (3-8 years) $295 — Executive/Senior (9+ years) Complete Packages (Resume + Cover Letter + LinkedIn Profile Content): Entry Level ($175): 0-2 years Mid Level ($225): 3-8 years Executive/Senior Level ($350): Director level / 9+ years Each package includes a modern, ATS-compliant resume (keyword-optimized for a 5-second recruiter scan, delivered in Word and PDF), a cover letter on matching letterhead, and SEO-optimized LinkedIn profile content with guidance on visibility settings. Includes a 3-5 day turnaround and up to 2 rounds of edits. If you have a specific job ad in hand, your cover letter can be custom-targeted to that posting instead of using the general template. Personal Recruiting & Career Coaching: Quote upon request. Military discount available on all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Personal Recruiting, I respond to your initial message to learn the basics about your career and goals, then follow up by phone or video call to scope out the specific month-to-month services that fit your needs. For resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn content, the process adapts to how you prefer to work. Generally, I draft the resume first and offer one round of edits — most clients only need minor tweaks at that point. Cover letters and LinkedIn content come next. Career coaching sessions are held via Google Meet, or in person if you're local.

Bachelor's degree in Business with an HR focus, HRIS Project Management certification, and Change Management certification. Trained as a career coach through Work Life International. HR professional and recruiter by background.
