It’s our way of saying thank you for the work you do every day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. It starts when you reach out through Thumbtack. We’ll schedule a convenient time for one of our experienced technicians to visit your property and assess your needs. During the visit, we’ll create a clear, detailed proposal outlining the recommended work and costs. We’ll send it to you and happily answer any questions you have. If you choose to move forward, we’ll finalize the agreement with a signed contract and deposit, then schedule your project for a time that works best for you. Once the job is complete, we’ll share before-and-after photos, provide your paid-in-full invoice, and make sure you’re completely satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold multiple industry-leading certifications that ensure our work meets the highest standards on any roof-type. We are CertainTeed Select Shingle Masters, which allows us to offer exclusive 5-Star Warranties on all asphalt shingle roofs. We are also Cedar Shake and Shingle Bureau Certified, demonstrating our expertise in wood roofing products, and have completed specialized training and certification through Mule-Hide for low-slope and flat roofing systems.
