Tim is my absolute favorite technician. He is personable and listened to my concerns. During the initial consultation for an estimate, he addressed any questions that I had concerning my options for the roof repair. On the day of the Rake portion of the roof repair, I was able to see and touch the products being installed. The entire process was educational for my family and I. We really appreciate Tim and Javier’s attention to detail and their workmanship as a team.

If you don’t have time to read any further, the answer is YES. BOOK CERTIFIED. They are AWESOME. Quality workmanship, attention to detail, transparency, EXCELLENT customer service and a good reputation that they live up to. I’m impressed, truly grateful and lucky to have worked with Certified Inc. for roof replacement. Professionally, this company and their team truly lived up to their name. My rating is 10 out of 10, highly recommend. My process started with Adam, who contacted right away after I submitted a request for an appointment. Shawn and Mike were AMAZING! They arrived promptly, with samples and explained the roofing process from materials to warranty. The two gentlemen provided information and requirements thoroughly. Their proficiency, and user - friendly deliverance of information really provided me with easy to understand and actionable steps to help expedite the project. I made an appointment with about 4 vendors, and their price was comparable, all things considered. I chose Certified Inc. for their material, explanation of steps, warranty, availability, and turnaround time. Within a week, I was able to book an appointment, choose shingle design and get a new roof/skylights and complete roof replacement for a shed (all in all, a 2 day process due to the size of the project). I’m especially grateful for their honesty, and quick turnaround time, as this was a time sensitive matter (insurance related). Certified was able to get me an appointment within the time required by my insurance, and during the project, Mateo and Mike provided me with photos of the progress. The roofing team were friendly and pleasant. Certified exceeded my customer service expectations. They are a great team, who handled my case as if I was their only client. They have shown that they are experts in this craft and more importantly, kind human beings. With sincere gratitude in my heart, I have nothing but good things to say after my roofing experience. I will hire this company again for future projects and I would HIGHLY recommend Certified with zero reservations.
