I was very pleased with the timely, efficient, and professional way in which Richard Bradford from Certified Inc. replaced my gable fascia flashing and secured my other loose fascia flashing. Now I don't have to worry about the wind blowing it off again! While he was there he also checked on a loose ridge shingle and secured it.

Certified came through for us when our HOA saw that our Soffitt was damaged by birds who decided to take up residence. They busted their butts and took care of the job however small. What impressed me is how professional the crew was, including the owner and the project coordinator. They did not try to upsell when they came out for the estimate. The crew noticed that our neighbors’ roof was one bad windstorm from being blown off (we live in a row house, so roofs matter to all of us). We appreciate the heads up and passed along their info to our neighbors. 10000% using Certified in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. It starts when you reach out through Thumbtack. We’ll schedule a convenient time for one of our experienced technicians to visit your property and assess your needs.
During the visit, we’ll create a clear, detailed proposal outlining the recommended work and costs. We’ll send it to you and happily answer any questions you have.
If you choose to move forward, we’ll finalize the agreement with a signed contract and deposit, then schedule your project for a time that works best for you. Once the job is complete, we’ll share before-and-after photos, provide your paid-in-full invoice, and make sure you’re completely satisfied with the results.

We hold multiple industry-leading certifications that ensure our work meets the highest standards on any roof-type.
We are CertainTeed Select Shingle Masters, which allows us to offer exclusive 5-Star Warranties on all asphalt shingle roofs. We are also Cedar Shake and Shingle Bureau Certified, demonstrating our expertise in wood roofing products, and have completed specialized training and certification through Mule-Hide for low-slope and flat roofing systems.
