We required a complete roofreplacement on rowhouse in downtown Baltimore City. I got 3 quotes, and Liberty came in directly in the middle. I ended up using Liberty because of their 12 month same-as-cash financing option which made the unexpected project easier to swallow.
Pete was prompt and professional throughout the experience. He was upfront with me that there may be extra charges should the subdecking need replaced. A portion of it ultimately did, but he was willing to negotiate with me which was appreciated.
They even found identical skylights to replace the old dilapidated ones that were probably several decades old. They were in and out in 1 day and I'm confident the quality of their workmanship is what they advertise. Would highly recommend.

Sorry for the year late review; Liberty, assessed the job, described the work and payment method, and completed the job in less than 2 days. Repair materials to replace my whle roof were dropped off one day, and the job was completed the next day. Very Satisfied customer.

Liberty Windows and Siding replaced a roof and hung new gutters in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. The sales representative was informative and not "pushy" likely other company's which had provided bids. In fact, Liberty matched another company's best offer while still maintaining the orginal agreed upon quality product and service. The installation was fast, efficient, and technically sound. The roof looks great and the seamless gutters are a significant improvement over the previous models hanging on the house. Neighbors are already asking me about the project and I'm already telling them to give Liberty a call.

These guys were great - very responsive and provided a lot of detail about our options and the relative costs. Installation was smooth despite very high gutters and they look great!!!

Liberty was the second quote we received for replacing 50 years windows. Their quote was about half of what we received from another company. I liked that the salesman was open to assist with designing and made a genuine effort to save us money and adjusting the design I had in mind. He also passed the vibe check, which was important to me. On the day of install the crew even helped us reinsert windows that had been removed by the previous owner which was such a life saver!Will definitely use them for future products. Other companies had limited options and I like their variety.

Liberty will always work with our Customers, Vendors and Manufacturers to insure they receive the best price possible
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Liberty will arrange a Free in-home estimate to go over the customers project with them. Once an agreement is made and material arrives Liberty will arrange for the installation to take place and follow up after installation to make sure our customer is 100% satisfied
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend Certifications from our Manufacturers to stay up to date on all the current products and installation training
