Normally its hard to get anyone on the phone to explain anything these days. When you do get someone on the phone they rush you off the phone. I was lucky enough to get Moses. He answered all my questions and then some. His detailed explanations and knowledge really showed me this company knows what they are doing. We always give the customer one price up front with no hidden fees. And when it comes too seniors will give them a 10% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To give them a free estimate , try to meet with customer in person to see what kind problem they are having. Especially when comes to leaks in home if possibly with customer to schedule a time that’s good for them, tell them what we recommend and answer any questions they may have.
