I contacted Moses & Son needing an urgent roofrepair. He got back to me very promptly and scheduled a time the next day to come out to my home. He arrived when he said he would and was able to make the repair that same day. During the repair process he kept me updated regularly on the progress. Rough winds knocked off a portion of our gutter. I searched for a pro on Thumbtack and Moses and Son Home Improvement were recommended. The team came out to assess our gutters within 30 minutes of my entering a request. They were communicative, prompt, and professional. The team fixed the broken gutter on the spot. They also informed me of other issues that we had with our gutters. We will be following up with them for future gutter cleaning. I highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always give the customer one price up front with no hidden fees. And when it comes too seniors will give them a 10% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To give them a free estimate , try to meet with customer in person to see what kind problem they are having. Especially when comes to leaks in home if possibly with customer to schedule a time that’s good for them, tell them what we recommend and answer any questions they may have.
