Nulook did our roof about 11 years ago. Our house is almost 100 years old and it's a somewhat complex roof. They did a GREAT job! They were pleasant and professional. Beyond all of that, we had a couple of very minor issues over the last year or so and Nulook promptly and professionally took care of them. I had all of the windows and sliding door in my sun-room replaced last year. Exceptional product (Infinity) and workmanship. The crew did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier. I will be using them again soon to replace the rest of the windows in my house.

Replaced all 22 windows of our home with expensive Marvin Infinity windows supplied by NuLook. The did a very bad job, using plastic trims for fiberglass windows that looked cheap. The biggest window in the home was damaged and could not be operated from day one. Their response was to use warranty of the window and it's been months without hearing from them. Asking for fixing the bad looking trums, somebody came to our house and used his saliva!!! to fix a bad caulking. Of course it didn't change anything. Then comes the spring and I realized all screens are defective and can not prevent mosquitoes. So I have 20 windows that I cannot open without having bugs coming in. It's been months and I haven't heard from NuLook at all.
