- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My tax preparation is based on the complexity of your return. The starting rate is as low as $150 with just one W2.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The intake process begins with a introduction call to ascertain your needs, timing, and estimated cost. Once determined that assistance can be provided, a portal account is set up with the client for document exchange. Then the client gathers documents, submit them through their portal account and the completion of questionnaires are sent. Preparation begins, client review of tax outcome is discussed, then return are e-filed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Maryland and federal registered tax practitioner, I am am member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). I obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from and a Master’s in Marketing Management.
