I have been in the event planning / catering field for over 20 years. I have assisted with events ranging from a First Communion to Corporate Sales Rallies to Weddings from the size of 15 guests to over 300 guests .
With the knowledge and experience in planning and coordinating Weddings, our clients are able to relax and enjoy their day because I will handle all of the details making your event flawless!

Mary is amazing. She is professional, hardworking, unflappable, and just a joy to work with. In the lead up to our big day, Mary helped ensure we were thinking through all the pieces and raised a number of items we would have overlooked had she not been there to guide us. On the day of the wedding itself, Mary was an absolute rock star and our day would not have been what it was had she not been there. We had some turbulent weather just hours before our wedding, and Mary worked with all the vendors to somehow still ensure we had the outdoor ceremony we dreamed of despite a severely restricted setup window. She redirected guests, organized family, directed vendors, and all the while was calm, kind, and joyful – because of her steady presence and positivity I had no idea about the extent of the challenges until much later and felt at ease and confident that the day would be great. Everyone commented on how fantastic she was (other vendors, maid of honor, friends, etc). Mary is incredible and I can’t imagine our day without her – cannot recommend her highly enough!

The Best Decision We Made – More Than a Coordinator, a Lifelong Friend
Where do we even begin? Hiring Mary as our wedding coordinator was hands-down one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. What we didn’t expect was to not only gain an exceptional professional who made the days leading up to and our day seamless and stress-free, but also a friend who genuinely cared about us, our story, and every detail of our celebration.
From the very first meeting, Mary brought warmth, enthusiasm, and such a calm, confident energy that immediately put us at ease. She listened deeply to our vision, brought it to life with so much grace and love. Behind the scenes, we know there were countless moving parts, but to us and our guests, everything felt perfectly smooth and magical.
Mary anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, handled every curveball with a smile, and made sure we were fully present and able to enjoy every moment. On the day itself, Mary was everywhere and nowhere — everything just worked, and we had full trust that we were in the best hands.

Mary helped us with all our needs and she was great. She met with our venue multiple times, helped carryout our timeline, helped set up and break down our decor, coordinated with out Caterers (which was tough but she did it), and she was just so cheery (which was so nice to be around). Definitely book Mary for your day of coordination needs!
