With the knowledge and experience in planning and coordinating Weddings, our clients are able to relax and enjoy their day because I will handle all of the details making your event flawless! Mary was absolutely amazing and did a great job making our wedding day a success! Throughout the entire wedding planning process she was readily available and supportive. She worked closely with me to ensure we were on the same page when it came to decor and the other vendors/ moving parts! She attended the walkthrough meeting with our venue and helped our wedding party through the rehearsal. Along the way she provided great guidance and tips based on her experience that I found extremely helpful! The day of the event could not have gone smoother, and that was mostly due to Mary. We did a lot of DIY decor and our own flowers so Mary was instrumental in bringing our vision to life. Everything she did surpassed what I had envisioned. She even had items that we could borrow the day of so we didn’t have to purchase some items ourselves. She helped transport our items to the venue and then made sure everything was packed up at the end of the event. I didn’t learn this until after the wedding, but there were a few hiccups along the way as is expected, but Mary handled all of that and made sure I could enjoy the wedding. I loved working with Mary and especially loved her energy. I would highly recommend using her as a day of coordinator!

Words simply cannot describe how impressed and thankful we are to have worked with Mary for our wedding. Mary is an incredibly skilled wedding planner and coordinator; she is highly organized, proactive, easy to work with, and helpful. Our wedding went flawlessly thanks to her. Mary is also the most caring and warm person. My partner and I, a queer couple, have family members who don’t accept us because we aren’t straight. Knowing this, Mary truly made us feel like family, and I could tell how important it was for her both professionally and personally that our wedding be the happiest day of our lives. She made us feel like queens on our wedding day. She took care of every last detail. We knew we were in good hands and were able to just be in the moment and enjoy the day. She worked with us extensively leading up to the wedding, giving us knowledgeable advice. She took charge by contacting all the vendors ahead of the wedding, and created a detailed schedule. She loaned us helpful wedding supplies that made our wedding beautiful. The whole event went off without a hitch. It felt as if there was a whole team of talented people running the show — but it was just Mary, being incredible.

We just had Mary coordinate our wedding this weekend and I had to immediately write a review for her because she was a godsend! Mother Nature threw us a wrench with a March snowstorm and Mary stayed calm, helped me stay calm, and the wedding went off without a hitch. Not only that, but I didn’t have to worry about a thing with my vendors or the schedule. She also handled the rehearsal like a pro. And the wedding looked beautiful. Better even than I could have planned for or imagined. Mary provided some of her own decor for us to use, which was so helpful! If you need a planner or coordinator, definitely hire Mary! She will do a fantastic job, and she’s warm, friendly and so easy to work with! My husband and I felt so comfortable with her from the first time we talked to her.
