I have been in the event planning / catering field for over 20 years. I have assisted with events ranging from a First Communion to Corporate Sales Rallies to Weddings from the size of 15 guests to over 300 guests .

The Best Decision We Made – More Than a Coordinator, a Lifelong Friend
Where do we even begin? Hiring Mary as our wedding coordinator was hands-down one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. What we didn’t expect was to not only gain an exceptional professional who made the days leading up to and our day seamless and stress-free, but also a friend who genuinely cared about us, our story, and every detail of our celebration.
From the very first meeting, Mary brought warmth, enthusiasm, and such a calm, confident energy that immediately put us at ease. She listened deeply to our vision, brought it to life with so much grace and love. We’re so incredibly grateful to have had Mary as our wedding day-of coordinator. Our traditional Nigerian wedding had a lot of moving parts—from multiple outfit changes to cultural elements and a packed schedule—and she handled it all with such grace and professionalism. Mary was incredible. She ensured that our wedding day was executed exactly how we wanted, and anticipated needs and concerns the entire day. Mary supplied several items for our reception and beautifully coordinated the setup of our decorations for the ceremony and reception. The day-of timeline was smooth from start to finish. Beyond her professional acumen, Mary was extremely kind and easy to work with, and went out of her way to give helpful recommendations, leave special touches, and arrange logistics for us in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. There is absolutely no way that we could have made it all happen on the day of without her. Mary coordinated our wedding and she was fantastic. She was always very responsive with emails, calls, and in person meetings. She has a lot of experience with wedding coordination and so was able to give us ideas and point out things we hadn't thought of. Mary was our day of coordinator for our wedding and it could not have gone so perfectly without her. During the planning process, she was always responsive and helpful with adding ideas and offering perspective to our plans. She kept up with our vision and helped us bring it to life - attending our walkthrough, rehearsal, and a few calls along the way. Day of, she was everywhere and nowhere all at once - helping the day go smoothly without needing any direction from us. She also kindly took photos throughout of us and added a lot of positive energy to the day!
