Mary was our angel sent from heaven the day of my daughter’s wedding. She took care of absolutely everything!! From coordinating the rehearsal the day before to arriving at the venue the day of to coordinate the vendors, taking care of all decorations and making sure the ceremony ran smoothly. We could not have done it without her. Plus she is so nice. My daughter and I just loved her! I wish I had another event so I could work with her again.

Mary made our wedding HAPPEN! She was friendly, patient, and provided so much guidance to two kids in love who had no idea how to plan a wedding. No question was stupid and no text went unanswered. She helped with mock-ups, rehearsals, set up, break down, and everything in between. She did whatever needed to be done the day of. All problems were solved without the bride ever knowing anything was wrong at all- and there were barely any, because Mary is an incredible professional who foresaw and staved off all issues within her control! She was respectful and kind to all of our guests and I’m so, so glad that we got to share our day with her. If you want a smooth, delightful wedding where the coordinator feels like part of the family, you need Mary! ❤️

Mary was great about starting conversations early as a day of coordinator and following up with the venue ahead of time as she hadn’t been there before. We only had a few hiccups the day of, though a few decor items never made it into their place—though I don’t think this was Mary’s fault. We were a morning wedding and it was a bit chaotic. I do think in hindsight, having one or two more folks to have eyes on everything would’ve been helpful due to the size of our venue and gotten rid of any of our hiccups, but for the value and supporting a small local business, Mary is excellent. She even stepped up to announce toasts, which wasn’t her purview.

Mary was such a huge help for our wedding! We used her day-of-coordinator services and couldn't have executed the event without her! She made sure all the vendors knew exactly what our vision was and that's what we got. She also worked so hard repurposing flowers, packing things, up, and keeping things organized. The space was beautiful and everything ran smoothly. If there was an issue, she was on it! Thank you so much!! We are so happy with everything.

We were thrilled with our experience with Mary. I was initially not sure we needed a day-of wedding coordinator - I was not only wrong, but made the perfect choice with Mary. In terms of planning, she enthusiastically supported the ideas I already had and offered ideas where needed. She made available many decor items to bring, which was a HUGE help. The day of, everything was set up and taken down as planned, and Mary was a helpful presence throughout the event. Mary's responsiveness was great, both leading up to the wedding, during the wedding, and the day after. I needed to track down some missing items the next day (including a family member's phone) and Mary instantly knew who to ask/where to look. Mary knows her craft - definitely recommend her service!
