I have been in the event planning / catering field for over 20 years. I have assisted with events ranging from a First Communion to Corporate Sales Rallies to Weddings from the size of 15 guests to over 300 guests . With the knowledge and experience in planning and coordinating Weddings, our clients are able to relax and enjoy their day because I will handle all of the details making your event flawless! Mary is truly a God send. From the first phone call to the actual wedding day, she has been professional, reliable, and easy to communicate. She’s not only a day-of- coordinator but also works hard way before that. She executed my wedding vision beautifully and was always there for me when I needed her. No messages or emails went unanswered. She offered the most thoughtful wedding advice and even helped us put all of the wedding decor in her van so we don’t have to worry about it the day of. On the wedding day, there were some guests who RSVP no but still showed up and Mary was quick on her feet to set up their plates, chairs and wedding favors. She’s simply the best and I can’t thank her enough. I was able to enjoy my wedding day to the fullest with ABSOLUTELY NO STRESS was because of her. Hiring her was the best decision we could make for our wedding. Please do yourself a favor and hire her as your day-of-coordinator because you will not regret it! We are extremely grateful for you Mary! We love you ❤️

Mary was our angel sent from heaven the day of my daughter’s wedding. She took care of absolutely everything!! From coordinating the rehearsal the day before to arriving at the venue the day of to coordinate the vendors, taking care of all decorations and making sure the ceremony ran smoothly. We could not have done it without her. Plus she is so nice. My daughter and I just loved her! I wish I had another event so I could work with her again.

Mary made our wedding HAPPEN! She was friendly, patient, and provided so much guidance to two kids in love who had no idea how to plan a wedding. No question was stupid and no text went unanswered. She helped with mock-ups, rehearsals, set up, break down, and everything in between. She did whatever needed to be done the day of. All problems were solved without the bride ever knowing anything was wrong at all- and there were barely any, because Mary is an incredible professional who foresaw and staved off all issues within her control! She was respectful and kind to all of our guests and I’m so, so glad that we got to share our day with her. If you want a smooth, delightful wedding where the coordinator feels like part of the family, you need Mary! ❤️

Our day could not have happened without Mary!! She made everything run so smoothly. Both families were from out of town so finding vendors and coordinating what the venue would look like and timelines for each person would have been very difficult! Mary met with our venue, reached out to our vendors, got together for our rehearsal and all of the big day. We were able to drop off all of our decor the night before and our officiant raved about how great she was at coordinating the bridal party and the whole ceremony. On the day of she had everything being set up and brought our vision to life so well! The next day we were able to meet up again and get back lots of decor and items we left behind that night that she cleaned up. She was so amazing to work with and while our head of events at the venue was sick for the days leading up to the event and the event itself, Mary was talking to everyone at the venue and helping move people where they should be for cocktail hour or the sparkler exit. She also got the sweetest videos and photos of us dancing with family when the photographer was gone for moments. We loved everything so much!!! Would recommend Mary to anyone!! 10/10 :) Thank you for everything
