We’re so incredibly grateful to have had Mary as our wedding day-of coordinator. Our traditional Nigerian wedding had a lot of moving parts—from multiple outfit changes to cultural elements and a packed schedule—and she handled it all with such grace and professionalism. Her calm energy and attention to detail kept everything flowing smoothly, even when things got hectic. Mary was incredible. She ensured that our wedding day was executed exactly how we wanted, and anticipated needs and concerns the entire day. Mary supplied several items for our reception and beautifully coordinated the setup of our decorations for the ceremony and reception. The day-of timeline was smooth from start to finish. Beyond her professional acumen, Mary was extremely kind and easy to work with, and went out of her way to give helpful recommendations, leave special touches, and arrange logistics for us in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. There is absolutely no way that we could have made it all happen on the day of without her. If you are a DIY couple on the fence about professional coordinating assistance, Mary's services are perfect for you- you may not have any idea what you still need but she will pull it all together with sensitivity to your vision and any constraints you may have. Mary was absolutely amazing! I hired her for day of coordination for my wedding but she provided so much more! She was my hub for communication with my other vendors, my drill sergeant making sure my friends and family new their jobs for the ceremony, my sanity when the wedding details felt overwhelming and my cheerleader for my husband and my wedding! At my request, she attended my food tasting (provide additional opinion), and multiple venue walk throughs so that she could understand how I wanted the flow of the ceremony and reception to be. She was experienced, professional, the easiest to work with and really helped me shape my wedding day into the absolute perfect day! You will not find a better coordinator! Mary is truly a God send. From the first phone call to the actual wedding day, she has been professional, reliable, and easy to communicate. She’s not only a day-of- coordinator but also works hard way before that. She executed my wedding vision beautifully and was always there for me when I needed her. No messages or emails went unanswered. She offered the most thoughtful wedding advice and even helped us put all of the wedding decor in her van so we don’t have to worry about it the day of. On the wedding day, there were some guests who RSVP no but still showed up and Mary was quick on her feet to set up their plates, chairs and wedding favors. She’s simply the best and I can’t thank her enough. I was able to enjoy my wedding day to the fullest with ABSOLUTELY NO STRESS was because of her. Hiring her was the best decision we could make for our wedding. Please do yourself a favor and hire her as your day-of-coordinator because you will not regret it!
