Jim and I talked on the phone for about an hour. I told him my dogs story. He is a rescue and Jim told me his story on training. We decided to do a home visit and my dog responded very well to training and Jim determined that he is reactive not aggressive and that he is totally trainable. So we are embarking (no pun intended) on a new positive adventure with our new rescue dog.

Briefly, my pup responded so well to Jim; obeyed his gentle commands immediately. Jim took time to explain his methods with lots of listening to my goals for her. So pleased with our first meeting and so confident that Jim will get the "job" done. His partner Laurie joined us shortly into our first meeting to complete a pleasant first session.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally a small lifetime registration and pay as you go classes. Depending on your goals and needs. Always a trainer available, unlike the 6 week programs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding clients that we can have a mutual respect. Based on personality and RESULTS!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hrs Training- Over 3K Hrs as kennel manager and/or referee- 2yrs Internships- 8 yrs. PD- as a civilian USMC- as a civilian Recognized by AKC (American Kennel Club) as a CGC evaluator. (Canine Good Citizen)
