Prompt response! On-site within 30mins of confirming my request for a service call, This was extremely important because my elderly Dad didn’t have any heat!!!! Fair price (I checked around) James was professional & extremely patient with me, even communicated with me via phone as I was not onsite....most importantly the issue was fixed within an hour or so! Highly Recommended ☺️

Terrance arrived promptly at our scheduled time and was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. While I originally scheduled for a system maintenance that quickly changed because the system was not heating at all upon his arrival. If I could give this business ten stars I would . Woke up this morning my house was freezing I tried to trouble shoot myself but unsuccessful . I contacted James Ozies by mid afternoon and they came within two hours of me reaching out very responsive . My tech was Terrance who was Knowledgeable, professional and even arrived early. He knew what the problem was before he took my furnace apart fixed in in a matter of minutes. They are reasonably price . I will be using them for all future HVAC needs .

During the interview, I found out it was hvac. I liked the challenge of it and decided to give it a try. I started as a technician for united Air temp. After I became one of the top technicians I moved to the installation department.
