Im just getting started with this project and will update this review once complete if things improve. The communication and responsiveness started off wonderful but this has changed dramatically as it got close to the start of my project. Currently, its patchy at best.What is most frustrating and leading me to write this review is that holes are being dug today for a deck they will be installing. A few of the hole locations are not in locations discussed with me. I also have other questions. I was told a project lead or manager would be on site when todays work was started and of course there is not and the one contact I have is not answering his phone or texts.For any other contractor Ive worked with, a project lead or manager is always on site the first day ANY type of work is done to make sure everything is going well, make sure the customer is satisfied and answer any questions. The best companies also promptly return customer calls.I just read their Yelp reviews and am extremely concerned with moving forward with my project and all I can say is the poor communication noted by the other reviews is my same experience. I feel like I have to chase people now and Im the one paying a hefty amount for a service. Im beyond frustrated with this company. I also dont like the rude company response I saw to one of the reviews here.I only got 2 quotes before hiring them and wish I wouldve gotten 3-5. Im going to ask about them on the NextDoor website and share my experience there as well.
