Rudy was incredibly professional and provided outstanding service. He was so responsive and diligent. He fixed the issue with my blind very effectively and even came back the next day when I thought there was a problem - which was entirely on me. He is gracious and is familiar with all kinds of shades. 1000% recommended!!
