On behalf of my elderly parents, I can say this was the most pleasant renovation experience! My parents were selling their home in Maryland but needed a few rooms recarpeted first. We know nothing about carpet (except my favorite shag rug haha). We have wanted something affordable but with good quality that would last for the new home owners. Took my mother into the store to see the samples and the employees were so nice and patient with us (which is why I'm writing this in the first place)! They helped us find something in our budget and set up the installation for us just in time for the open house!! No complaints! New carpet and happy parents, 2 for 1!!

I cannot say enough great things about the Flooring Center. They are wonderful to work with! We shopped around while looking for carpet in our new home. I had no idea how sketchy the flooring industry can be. We finally found the Flooring Center and Im so grateful for them! The buying experience was top notch from beginning to end! They had very competitive pricing and professional sales people. The installers were prompt and efficient. They worked within my budget and carpet and padding they suggested was high quality at an affordable price!! We will definitely use them again!
