- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent upon the scope of services; however, there are basic figures we can offer: - Concept designs $425 per room (includes concept design and estimation package to include cost of project (ie. furniture, accessories, materials). This fee pays the designer for the time taken to carefully create a design concept for your space. - Final fee - 15% of purchase cost or $700 [whichever is greater] Discount(s): - Multiple room discount - 3rd room, 50% off concept design fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interior Design Services: 1) Introduction via email\phone contact 2) Client receives a welcome packet 3) Client completes a questionnaire 4) MP representative contacts client via email/telephone to schedule 5) Telephone consultation to discuss questionnaire responses 6) Client provides MP with photos of the site to be resigned/renovated 7) MP schedules and conducts physically distanced walk-through (takes measurements etc.) 8) MP accepts payment and begins initial concept designs (this is dependent upon the space) Looking to Purchase or Sell a Home? We are not a brokerage; however, our realtor is represented by a brokerage and will be happy to help you buy or sell a home. The owners of Modern Partners engage in ongoing professional enrichment. They hold doctoral and business degrees (i.e. MBA). One-half of Modern Partners is a real estate agent licensed in the state of Maryland.
