This is by far the best moving company that I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them to anyone. The guys were so nice and so professional and took care of my items and got me to my new place in good time. Mind you, this was an out-of-state move. I will forever tell people to use OSSL they are the absolute best.

They sent out 2 movers to move me out of my apartment, I had about a studio worth of stuff plus kitchen items…they packed the truck up, drove over to new place, and unpacked in less than an hour and 30 mins. They also put together my headboard and attached it to my bed at the new location. Would 100% hire them again!!

I had a great experience with this team. They worked as quickly and efficiently as possible and were incredibly patient and understanding throughout the process. I was having a very stressful day, and their calm, positive attitude made things easier for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
OSSL Moving & Storage offers both hourly and flat rates as options for customers. We educate potential customers on what to expect with both options in an effort to help with decision makin
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is as follows:
1. We have the customer fill out our information sheet online to get important move information or we schedule a walkthrough if the customer chooses that option.
2. Based on the information sheet or walkthrough we email the customer a quote and answer any follow up questions.
3. If the customers decides to move forward we then schedule a date and time for their move. We also send over the link to the terms and conditions or a contract for signature depending on if they choose the hourly or flat rate.
4. We take a non refundable $25 deposit to lock in the date and time. The deposit goes toward the move
5. We complete the move
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of residential and commercial moves. I worked for moving companies for 9 years gaining experience before venturing out on my own.
