Introduction
Potomac Custom Remodeling (PCR) was built from the ground up with the understanding that WE SET THE STANDARD. With 25+ years of experience, we know how hard it is to find a good contractor. We want to be your go to on all of your home exterior needs, not just your roof, but windows, siding, gutters, doors, decks and even solar! To do that, we refuse to compromise on the quality of our installations, materials, or warranties. We only offer the best of all three, but FOR A FAIR PRICE. We are a Platinum installer for Owens Corning, a Diamond installer for TAMKO, a certified GAF installer, and a member of the RSRA (Roofing Solar Reform Alliance Group). We won't be the cheapest, but we will deliver a quality product and service, and we guarantee satisfaction.

My wife and I recently had a job done by PCR roofing. From the beginning to the end our customer service was experience was excellent. Their punctuality and professionalism is unmatched compared to other roofers we dealt with in the past. Their job knowledge was very impressive to say the least. They answered my wife’s million question which was the most surprising part of it all. The patience and courteousness were amazing. I never would marvel over a roofing job but the end result was gorgeous. We have had nothing but compliments about the quality and craftsmanship from our friends/family. From the salesmen to mechanics the relationship was wonderful. I would refer/recommend them in a heartbeat. Hats off to PCR ROOFING AND THANKS AGAIN,

Potomac Custom Remodeling replaced our 24-year-old asphalt shingle roof with a new architectural shingle roof as a result of storm damage. From the initial inspection I knew this was going to be a good experience. Their process was thorough and the owner followed up to explain everything that was damaged and what to expect. They worked with my insurance company and handled all of the details and follow up. Once the contract was signed, they kept their word on every promise. The materials were delivered on the day and time they indicated. The crew arrived promptly at 8am both days and worked carefully and efficiently, completing the 48 sq roof in just two days. Their cleanup was immaculate and they used magnet sweepers to collect nails and debris from the grass. Best of all, they left my yard in the same condition as before they started! The project manager was organized and managed the large crew with expertise. The owner inspected the finished work with me and assured me of the quality of the installation. I even got a certified warranty. I highly recommend PCR for their transparency, quality work, and attention to detail. I even called them back to replace my siding. They did a fantastic job and my neighbors contacted them to get theirs done as well. Their work speaks for itself and I love my roof and siding.
