Each project is a special thing all its own - I have to have as much information as possible to determine a proper approach and ensure a successful outcome.

Detailing their needs and goals as well as verifying their working and creative styles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend networking events, seminars, webinars, expos, and converse with manufacturers and distributors. As a diver (we also offer underwater video), I try to add 1-3 continuing education specialty certs per year.
