Pete has performed work at our home that we are renting, while living across the country. He communicated with my tenant to set up a time to review the necessary work. He provided a written estimate of work that needed to be done prior and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. Pete communicated with me to discuss the issues and explained options in detail, putting me at ease. We had a water leak, Pete fixed the leak and I appreciate that he allowed proper drying time before finishing the complete job. I trust him and his workmanship for any repair needs, his prices were great too! My tenant’s exact words when asked about the job, " Everything went great with Pete, nothing but great things to say about him. He was very professional, always kept me up to date with texts, emails, phone calls."

I had a great experience with Pete from Colter Bay Home Improvements. I was selling a home and some items were identified during the inspection. I collected several quotes and found that Colter Bay was the most responsive and reasonable. Pete showed up when he said he would, completed high quality work, and didn't try to run up the prices for things that weren't necessary. Again, it was an excellent experience and I can't thank Pete enough for his outstanding, fair priced work! I will definitely be working with Colter Bay Home Improvements for future upgrades on other houses I own!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start out each project getting to know my customer and finding out what their ultimate goal is out of each project. Then I like to work with them to make sure that we walk through each step of the process and ensure that there is a clear understanding by both of us in what it will take to achieve success for the project.
