Mitch was not only completely professional with his estimate, promise of delivery and installation, and communication, but after the work was completed, he reduced the agreed upon invoice price because the job was not as big as he thought it might be. He didn't have to do that! Obviously, Ballard Enterprises is a company you can trust. Highly recommend.

They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Staff was very friendly and professional. Gave me no attitude after I requested they reposition some shrubs after I had a change of heart on design.I highly recommend this company. We will be hiring them again in the future for another project.

Ballard came out to remove several limbs from a tree overhanging my house. My primary concern was the health of the 100-ish year old tree. They sent a certified arborist (Paul Fox) to evaluated, who very clearly indicated the branches to remove with a laser pointer, wrote up a detailed estimate on the spot, and offered some good advice independent of the estimate for some other trees. They came out and did the work on a quick schedule, were professional and cleaned up, and the price was competitive.

Asked for shrub removal and general cleanup on the side of the house. Paid for 1 full day of labor. By the end of the day, everything was taken care of and cleaned up. Before the job started, I was asked if I was interested in them creating a bed out of the area, which I agreed to. Ballard carved out a beautiful, sweeping bed and neatly covered it with shredded mulch. Classic "above and beyond". We're already lining up future jobs and will ask Ballard to do them.
