I recently purchased a home with an electric fireplace in the basement and was unsure if it was operable. I reached out to Johnny, and he was very responsive, prompt, and professional. Company responded quickly to my call. Johnny and assistant came out, accessed the job and ordered parts. My main concern is punctuality . Johnny called 30 minutes out from the time expected. Both were professional, wore covered shoes, and worked until the job was finished, when parts were received the next week. I would hire again for maintenance and cleaning. This job was for a gas fireplace that had not been maintained on a regular basis.

Simple Sweeps installed a new fireplace in the house we recently purchased after determining on inspection that the old fireplace was not salvageable. The work was very high quality and the team member who performed the inspection and installation was very knowledgable and trustworthy. Definitely would recommend! I am very pleased and so happy with simple sweeps. We have an old house built in 1924. Since we moved here the gas fireplace never worked.
