John Thomas gave me a fair estimate to clean the undercroft and two kitchen's. The floors had not been cleaned in over six years.
John & his crew arrived at the promised time & started working within 15 minutes of arriving.
In just under six hours the floors looked almost new, there were a couple small areas that wouldn't come clean.
When our church decides to do it again, we know just who to call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price rates are based upon square footage of the floors to be cleaned.
Our base price rate for Hardwood cleaning is .60 to .80 cents per square feet.
Polish build-up removal cost is $1.00 per square feet.
Light furniture moving is included in price rate. Heavy furniture or excessive furniture moving will incur an additional fee.
Tile floor cleaning cost are based upon square footage of floors to be cleaned. We handle both Commercial & Residential clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to any work being started, we go over and discuss with our client exactly what it is they are looking to have accomplished and the specifications of that desire. We provide realistic answers so every client knows what to expect as every job is unique in its own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the janitorial industry for over 15 years and continue to actively engage in on-going continual education courses to keep up to date with the most current technologies and procedures.
