I’m sorry you felt that way. We are always respectful and transparent with pricing based on the actual scope of work, materials, and labor involved. In this case, we explained that the requested/imposed budget would not realistically cover the project to the standard we provide. Rather than agreeing to a price that would compromise quality and our company’s financial health, we chose to be honest upfront and said “No, we won’t do the job for that amount”. Being honest doesn’t make us “unreasonable and insulting” it just shows that we know what we are doing and how to do business. I wish you the best with your project.
