Franz Molina and his team took on a variety of home improvement and repair tasks for me and executed all of them to the highest standards of quality and professionalism, from drywall repair to painting to epoxy coating to backsplash tiling. I am thrilled at the results. Not only that, they were always punctual, courteous, and respectful of my home and preferences. I cannot say enough good things about this contractor. Mr. Molina has a keen eye for detail and takes great pride in his work, ensuring that every aspect of the project is completed to the highest standard. The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was responsive, professional, and always willing to answer questions and address concerns. He also brought several creative and practical ideas to the project that improved both the appearance and functionality of the finished work. His craftsmanship in installing countertops in my kitchen, and the repair of my two bathrooms was spectacular, and the results exceeded my expectations. Can’t recommend Franz and Molina Home Solutions highly enough. He was super pleasant, responsive and prompt, and went out of his way to provide really great work—in our case, assembling and anchoring a large storage shed. For example, he purchased fasteners ahead of time so he’d be ready to start work as soon as we gave the go-ahead, and he came back a second day to finish the last details, even moving all our stuff back into the new shed. Work was excellent. Highly recommend Franz and his crew at Molina Solutions!

I can't say enough great things about Franz at Molina Home Solutions — he is the real deal!
I purchased a brand-new storm door from Habitat for Humanity and a medicine cabinet (on a whim, zero research — I know!), and called Franz to quote the installations and tell me whether the door would even fit. Thankfully, both items were good to go, and he installed them perfectly.
But what truly set Franz apart was a moment I didn't even expect: he refused to leave without installing a door knob, since my purchase hadn't included one. He drove to Home Depot himself and came back to finish the job — because, as he put it, he wanted to make sure I had a fully working door. I would have been perfectly happy just having the door hung. That kind of commitment to doing the job RIGHT is rare.
