Paul Trench emailed a quote within a day and his quote was 20% less than the other quotes I received. He was flexible in scheduling and very responsive on email. They called before coming, showed up right within the 2-hour window he gave me, and very carefully carried a large console tv from the basement outside (narrow corridors and narrow curved stairs). Never touched the walls. This was great. Thank you Trench Hauling and thank you Thumbtack!!

Paul Trench removed items from our basement in a very orderly manner. They were willing to remove whatever we didn't want to keep! They didn't require our assistance in removing any of the items. I would definitely contact them again if we needed to have items removed. Also, their price was very reasonable, compared to other quotes received!!!

I agree with other reviews that Paul Trench was very pleasant to deal with. I hired him for a very large clean out job. Pro's - Really appreciate that Paul was diligent about checking in to see how things were going, asked for feedback and kept coming back until job was done. His main guys are very, very hard workers. Cons: job took longer than he had anticipated and there were a couple of times when his crew couldn't make it. He had a couple of helpers that slowed things down a bit but he was agreeable about making changes as needed. Really, the only real disappointment was that part of the job was to clear out some overgrown bushes in the back yard. He cut down the branches but left them piled up in the yard for me to deal with.

Although they were late because their gps sent them the wrong way, they were professional and courteous when they got here. They picked up everything we had and charged the agreed upon price. I would definitely use them again, for other projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you get speedy service and a good price. We can get to all jobs within 24 hours and will beat any price. Also be careful of just hiring a guy and truck. We have licensed vehicles, a 1888 number and a secure website.

This company is run by two industry professionals that are good friends that just want to help people clean up. We are not a large company or franchise so we actually care about every job and every customer.
