Carlos did an excellent job on my mold remediation project. He was ontime for my initial appointment and to do the job. He provided an itemized quote so I knew exactly what services/materials I was receiving and his price was fair and reasonable. Carlos did a great job of removing the mold damage in my basement. We started the project just hoping to remove a few stains but he identified a larger problem and was very quick and communicative giving me options to fix it and a breakdown of costs. This was incredibly helpful given I am managing the house from out of state. He sent lots of photos and kept me updated of progress and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Carlos Beltran arrived on time and fully prepared to examine the mold and to determine the area that needed to have moldremoval done in my basement. He brought a legal pad and pen to take notes and a ruler to measure the area and to draw a digram showing the dimensions of the area that needed to be treated. He was proficient in examining the area. However, he did not hesitate to explain what was to be done or answer my questions.
Carlos Beltran showed that he was knowledgable and confident concerning his professional technological training.

RestorClean helped me get rid of a great deal of mold that was in my mother's house. (mostly in the basement) I was given a very detailed estimate which was more than reasonable. They removed all of the contents in the basement that had mold, including a piano, and removed everything down to the foundation. Work was done in a few days and then it was explained what things needed to be done to prevent any future water damage. Several pieces of drywall had to be removed on the main floor but the house was spotless when they were done. I would highly recommend RestorClean for any job involving moldremoval.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Usually our new customers contact us by email, or phone.
1-We discuss about the work requested to make sure is something we can do, also pricing.
2-We scheduled a free estimated or in some cases services.
3- In the appointment on site we measure the affected areas and explain to the customer everything that we can do and need to be done to perform the job.
4-The same day after the appointment, the customer will receive by email a detailed estimated and scope of work.
5-After the customer review the estimated, they can call us any time to scheduled the services.
