As every client and every event is different, I will work to customize a package that satisfies their needs and budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an initial consultation over the phone to gauge the clients needs and expectations followed by finalizing the date time and quoted price for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in NYC.
