We contracted with Cullum Construction to repair two issues with our house. First, one of our columns of stones had separated from the house about an inch, with several missing stones allowing birds to nest and water getting into our upstairs bedroom. Second, the ground under our A/C units had settled allowing water to find a way into our foundation at their point. Chris and his son were extremely easy to work with. They were prompt to their appointment to provide an estimate, had unique (and we think, best) solutions to the issues (that other contractors had not thought of), provided us a fair quote, and completed the work on schedule and extremely professionally. This work included temporarily raising our three AC units about a foot off ground while a 25 x 6 foot cement pad was poured (to allow water to run away from our house), repairing the above-mentioned column, indoor dry wall work (with perfect color matching) and sealing a defect in our basement foundation concrete. Chris's years of experience was evident every step of the way. He was also flexible in moving our timeline to match optimal weather for pouring the concrete. I would recommend Cullum Construction for concrete and mortar work, foundation repair and drywall/painting.

Cullum Construction did an amazing job laying brick for stairs and pathway in my garden. The brickwork was clean, uniform and beautiful. Outstanding customer service and work ethic. I would 100% recommend that you hire them!

We hired Chris Cullum to build a chimney on our home, he was courteous and professional. The work he did was beautiful and he left no mess. He gave us a very fair price and I believe went above and beyond the price we paid. I would recommend his company to anyone who wants the best of the best. 5 STARS!!!

My husband and I moved into a new home last year, which required work to two chimneys/fireplaces. The sellers hired Chris Cullum with Cullum Construction to fix the issues found during inspection. Once the work was complete, we realized we had been left without a damper in one fireplace (not included in the quote). Chris agreed over the phone to an appointment to come out and fix the issue - then no-showed us. Never called us back or answered any calls/emails again. We later found out from other companies that not only were we left without a damper, but the work that he did do wasn't even done to code. Completely unprofessional!! DO NOT USE CULLUM CONSTRUCTION!!
