- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be very fair and competitive with my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Often times I will visit a new customer's home to see their furniture and see what needs to be painted, refinished or repaired. Other times I can give rough estimates by seeing a photo, and sometimes my customers will visit my shop and bring their work to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had over 18 years of experience and training working on my own and with Little Creek Furniture before that. I have a background as an artist which helps with custom painted pieces and color matching with staining. I’ve been trained by Mohawk Industries in the art of touch-up techniques.
