What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is setup based on an hourly fee. All sessions are 60 minutes in duration and the first discovery session is FREE. At the end of the session we'll decide together if we're a great fit, and if so I can give you information our next steps.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I will do a FREE discovery session to discuss your goals and objectives. This will allow the potential client and I to get to know one another and explore their challenges and objectives. At the end of the discovery session we will determine if it makes sense to move forward. 2. We will agree to terms of the project during the discovery session. 3. I will provide a coaching agreement for review and signing. 4. We will then get to work by creating a strategy/plan to reach the goals and objectives. 5. We will implement the plan and ensure that your goals/objectives are reached.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold degrees in Computer Science, Technical Management and I'm a Certified Professional & Balance Life coach. I am also certified as a Meditation Coach and Instructor. I've owned several businesses to include IT companies. So, I understand what business owners go through in order to start, grow and develop their companies. In this position, I've mentored and coached employees in their career path as well as created a colleague mentoring career track program. I also have numerous years of experience in government contracting to include: research/review government contracting opportunities, submitting proposals and establishing what you need to do in order to do business with the government As a certified Meditation Coach & Instructor, I use meditation as a mechanism to transform you and your life. It helps you to calm your body, mind and spirit. Lastly, I provide Life Coaching for men and women to identify their purpose, passion and strengths to reach their life goals. I've worked with clients to help them be the best in their careers, businesses and in their lives.
