- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price for instruction is $ 35/hr. Instruction is usually 3 - 4 hrs. over two sessions, which includes education as to the researched benefits, types of meditation available, a personal mantra, a guidebook for meditation, actual meditation experience, and strategies for maintaining the practice. Each session is a combination of instruction and practice. We set the time schedule together. One payment or a payment schedule is acceptable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone about the client's interest in learning to meditate, followed by a first session - actually doing instruction. A second session continues more education and practicing. Follow up is ongoing, as client practices as often as possible on a daily basis for the most benefits.
