About
Pro Landscapes is the one stop shop for all of your hardscaping, landscaping and drainage needs. We also do grading, leveling, spring/fall cleanups, and about 100+ other industry related services.
As the owner of Pro Landscapes, for over 15 years I have strived to work with every customer on every budget no matter what the project is. I don’t care if you live in a $200,000 house or a $10M house, everyone gets the same good price. I only care about keeping all my employees busy. Very few other landscapers will have gone to college for landscape design/horticulture, nor will they have the same experience in dealing with complicated water issues on your property. We attack your problem at the root, hitting it from all angles for. We design color coordinated, low and zero maintenance, deer resistant landscapes that become the envy of the neighborhood. Our products are a true neck-breaker for the neighbors, just look at our portfolio!
We give you the "WOW" factor you’ve been looking for in your yard! Follow us on Instagram @Pro_Lawn_Care and Facebook @ProLandscapes for a small taste of what we do!

Great service. I needed to replant two young trees from my front yard to my back yard. Lisa reached out to me right away and David came out next day and gave me an estimate. His men came and got the job done a few days later. Timing and professionalism was great. The trees are looking fine. Hopefully they will be ok in the long run. They also planted ajuga ground cover for me in my backyard. So far they are doing well.

I have nothing but good words for this company and its owner, David. I had stone steps installed in early 2025 and did a fantastic job. I had one stone come loose right after our last snow and I contacted David about it. He sent someone out in less than a week to repair it.
And recently, I contacted them to do a spring clean-up, redo a garden with the addition of a retaining wall, and to install stone steppers on a hill. From start to finish, it was professionalism all the way. David was very prompt in putting the proposal together and after I agreed with the terms, he got me on the schedule for work to be done in less than 3 weeks. The team was extremely nice, courteous, prompt. I would highly recommend this company.

Pro Landscapes MD did a great job installing eighteen 4–5 foot emerald green arborvitae trees at my home. David and his team were responsive to my initial request, completed the installation thoroughly, and worked efficiently. The crew was professional and easy to work with, and I would have them on future landscaping projects.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. They carry a MHIC license required to do this type of work
2. Their license is in good standing with the license holder, and not expired. Cross reference their license with the DLLR to make sure they’re not just saying they have one. Plenty of people do that. My license # is 5117207
3. They are a fully insured company (most importantly general liability and workers comp. I also carry an umbrella policy for an additional 2 million. Copies of my insurance declarations are included below).
3. Ratings and reviews are in my opinion just as important as licenses. I carry a perfect 5 star rating on Thumbtack.com, Porch.com, and on google reviews if you google “Pro Lawn Care, LLC Maryland” I’m 2 or 3 from the top.
4. Price is one of the last things you should look at. The best price is what so many people only pay attention to these days, but that “best price” will usually come with an inexperienced or non licensed/non insured contractor. A good price is only as good as the things above to back it.
Please keep in mind I went to college specifically for this type of work, which very few people in the state do. I take great pride in my work to make sure every project looks perfect for the customer. Thanks for your consideration,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually arrange a meeting time convenient with the customer, meet with them to suggest many different options, let them choose what they like best and try to work out a plan that fits their specific needs and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for Horticulture/Landscape Design & Construction. I currently hold MHIC license # 5117207. I am a knowledgeable Horticulturist, and a professional Landscape Designer. I regularly attend work shops for continuing education in my field, and have a thirst for any new knowledge having to do with landscaping. I know and utilize all the latest techniques taught in this field.
