Pro Lawn Care, dba Pro Landscapes, is the one stop shop for all of your properties’ Landscaping/Hardscaping, and Tree Removal needs. We do all things landscaping, hardscaping, storm water management, and aquatic gardening related. As the owner of Pro Landscapes, for over 10 years I have strived to work with every customer on every budget no matter what the project is. I don’t care if you live in a $100,000 house or a $10M house, everyone gets the same rates, I only care about keeping all my employees busy. Very few other landscapers will have gone to college for landscape design/horticulture, nor will they have the same experience in dealing with complicated water issues on your property. After some initial miscommunication (no one’s fault honestly) the job was completed on a small garden for my city home. The work was completed efficiently and expertly. David, the owner, was very responsive and communicated with me during all parts of the process. Dave came out within a day of contacting him to assess the problem with the yard drainage. He walked me through the options and the next day I had a proposal from him even though it was over the weekend. He came in very reasonable for the work proposed and we are going to go through him to fix the issues with the standing water. Very happy with our experience with Pro Lawn Care!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. They carry a MHIC license required to do this type of work 2. Their license is in good standing with the license holder, and not expired. Cross reference their license with the DLLR to make sure they’re not just saying they have one. Plenty of people do that. My license # is 5117207 3. They are a fully insured company (most importantly general liability and workers comp. I also carry an umbrella policy for an additional 2 million. Copies of my insurance declarations are included below). 3. Ratings and reviews are in my opinion just as important as licenses. I carry a perfect 5 star rating on Thumbtack.com, Porch.com, and on google reviews if you google “Pro Lawn Care, LLC Maryland” I’m 2 or 3 from the top. 4. Price is one of the last things you should look at. The best price is what so many people only pay attention to these days, but that “best price” will usually come with an inexperienced or non licensed/non insured contractor. A good price is only as good as the things above to back it. Please keep in mind I went to college specifically for this type of work, which very few people in the state do. I take great pride in my work to make sure every project looks perfect for the customer. Thanks for your consideration,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually arrange a meeting time convenient with the customer, meet with them to suggest many different options, let them choose what they like best and try to work out a plan that fits their specific needs and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for Horticulture/Landscape Design & Construction. I currently hold MHIC license # 5117207. I am a knowledgeable Horticulturist, and a professional Landscape Designer. I regularly attend work shops for continuing education in my field, and have a thirst for any new knowledge having to do with landscaping. I know and utilize all the latest techniques taught in this field.
