Robert's Tutoring

While in high school and college, I always enjoyed explaining concepts to other people in study groups. I felt like the act of teaching helped both me and the other person understand the material better. Throughout my academic career, I have been successful at various forms of standardized test taking. During high school, I scored a 2280 (750 critical reading, 790 math, and 740 writing) on the SAT. During college, I scored a 36 (12 physical sciences, 12 biological sciences, and 12 verbal reasoning). In terms of standardized tests, I specialize in tutoring for the SAT, ACT, and MCAT. In terms of classroom material, I specialize in tutoring reading, writing, math, and biology. My teaching method involves guiding the student on a long-term study plan, making sure that the student understands the fundamental ideas underlying complex concepts. I am committed to providing the best tutoring experience possible and always welcome any constructive feedback. My schedule is flexible.
