We had an issue with the pressure balance valve and handle in our shower. Called several plumbers from companies like F.H. Furr to come assess and repair the issue — none could properly or thoroughly diagnose the problem. Several suggested that the replacement part we needed no longer existed and encouraged us to purse a much more complicated and an expensive repair. But Pipeworks reached out via Thumbtack. They tracked down the replacement part we needed based on a few photos that we shared and communicated with us in a timely and professional manner. When the part arrived, Jason from Pipeworks came by to compete the repair. He was tremendous. Thoroughly diagnosed the issue and carefully made the repair. A nice guy too! Would absolutely recommend Pipeworks for any of your plumbing needs — especially the more complex issues that require investigation and professional expertise.
