The switches on the burners of my gas stove had quit working. Ron responded immediately to my request, was exactly on time for both required visits, and did an excellent job of replacing the switches. He will definitely be the "go-to" repairman for all my future appliancerepair needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically, getting info on the appliance needing repair. Such as how old it is, the brand and type of appliance. And all of the customers info, name, address, phone numbers, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years of hands-on repairs and Training from most of the major appliance manufactures, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, GE, Samsung etc.
