Jose and his cousin installed a backsplash for me on short notice and did a great job. They were polite, worked quickly, and left my place clean. Jose worked carefully with the tiles because he knew I barely had enough for the job. I’ll definitely hire them again.

Jose arrived promptly for the job with several samples of grout for us to pick from. We wanted to color match it with the tiles so the breaks in the tile were seamless. Jose worked diligently on getting everything installed perfectly and even spent a good amount of time on the clean up. They wiped everything down and vacuumed and left the kitchen in perfect condition.

Our pricing is based on the project scope, existing conditions, material selections, and the skilled labor required to complete the work correctly. We provide written estimates and use professional installation systems and quality materials, including Schluter waterproofing products for applicable shower projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation and on-site walkthrough to understand the customer’s goals, budget, preferred materials, and timeline. We inspect and measure the space, discuss possible options, and then provide a written proposal describing the scope of work and pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed Schluter Systems training in shower waterproofing and tile installation, along with additional tile-setting education. Flores Interiors is a licensed and insured Maryland home improvement contractor, an NKBA member, and our project management team has completed OSHA 30 training.
