My goal at the first and at the last is to serve the people around me. This is what makes the residential home improvement market so attractive, because the client I work for is not only the person who pays me but is also the same one I work with to design, make decisions about, and will ultimately use my work. It feels good to make a connection with someone who cares as much about the quality of a job as I do, and I always bear in mind that my business is primarily to satisfy a customer.

Pat did water heater replacement and humidifier installation for us. Truly impressed by his professionalism, work product, and knowledge of his field. To top it off he’s always punctual and proactive. Would work with him again in a heartbeat.

I initially got in contact with Pat last week when I put in a request for urgent work as our furnace unexpectedly stopped working when we were facing frigid temperatures. He immediately responded and offered to come over right away, even though it was later on in the night. He came by and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our furnace is old and, as such, one of the parts had broken. He found the part, drove out to get it, and came back. He stayed till almost 2 am to fix the issue in order to get us through the next few days. He did some further tests on our furnace and we ultimately decided to get it replaced as it was leaking carbon monoxide and was also at risk for overheating and breaking again. He was able to get us a new furnace and install it less than a week later. I’d highly recommend Pat and Ward Services to anyone and everyone. He came by without hesitation despite the late hour and really helped us out. Thank you!!

Pat is a good HVAC technician, he's on time, charges a good introductory rate for first time customers and pays attention to details while working on diagnostics and repairs. I would 100% recommend Pat for your HVAC needs.
Came, installed, tested and made sure we were happy.
Definitely would use again.

$100/hr for skilled trade work

If the job is an impromptu emergency, or a service call out of the way I will charge a trip fee in addition to the hourly rate

Large quoted jobs are negotiable and offered as a lump sum price for a proposed scope. Estimates, Bids, Invoices, and Receipts are available in writing for your records
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I connect with a customer through Thumbtack I will send a message through the app and ask to have a quick text or phone call to make our introduction.
If we can work out a solution to the customer’s need right away, we can proceed to make arrangements to get the job done. If it looks like we need some more time or information I’ll work with the customer to visit the job site or figure out the next steps.
Sometimes it becomes clear we may not be a good fit and I’ll do my best to help guide the customer to a better solution.
However it works, I’m here to help.
