I don’t qualify for a long distance move however Rose took my calll right away and is going to refer a local mover that can do the delivery for me. She was very nice, honest and professional.

I agree with other reviewers that there is a bit of a disconnect in the office and my estimate was significantly off from my final price. There is also a bit of excessive overwrapping but I can understand why for a long distance move. Rose and Jennifer worked to ensure my final price was closer to the estimate and within my budget. William in logistics ensured the truck arrived within the timeframe I needed for a very specific and tight move due to a work start date. I would say what makes Great Nation great are the moving crews. Eric ran my pick up and did an excellent job securing my items and documenting everything that was loaded into the truck. Fred and Carlos went out of their way to ensure my delivery came on a specific day that was out of their time range. They were pleasant and worked extremely hard even though it was probably an inconvenience for them. Fred was on the crew for my pick up and was familiar with my items and my moving situation and just an absolute pleasure to work with. Even though there were a few hiccups I still 100 percent recommend Great Nation if you are looking for a fast and efficient move with great movers who care. A lot of long distance companies want you to wait weeks for your items. For a NJ to FL move I had my move completed in 4 days. I would definitely use Great Nation again in the future and would say any issue I experienced would happen with any other company. I called after another moving company bailed on me 2 days before my move. Great Nation was able to jump in and coordinate my move, deal with my high stress level, and make sure all issues were handled to my satisfaction. A+++

As many folks have mentioned, moving is a ubiquitously hated part of life. But, in all honesty, Great Nation Moving makes it relatively painless. I have used many moving companies in my life but Great Nation and the moving team beat all the expectations. We moved from Virginia to New England, and they did an awesome job. Came right on time, and did a quality job with unloading and setting up our belongings. We were packed and loaded in one day and delivered within 2 days without any scratches, dents, or missing items. They were on budget, nothing hidden, and the crew was fantastic and hard working. I Highly recommend Great Nation for a long distance move.

Extremely professional long distance movers. My husband contracted with Great Nation for a move from PA to Virginia. They were on time and did not waste time as they worked. The movers were very professional, worked quickly but carefully. Any request I had, they completed with care and good humor the whole time. They definitely made a big job much easier for me. I would hire them for a "long distance moving company" again in a minute for any big move but I hope I don't have to move again.

After being relocated to Denver, Co., I was most worried about how I was going to move all of my things across the country. I hired Great Nation Movers off Thumbtack and after receiving 4 bids they were hands down the most professional! They were on time, (pick-up and delivery dates were exact to the time frame) extremely kind and helpful, and so efficient. Everything is explained from payments to expectations of the packing and delivery spread. This company proved to be the best. They are dedicated to making a long distance move a wonderful experience. I am so glad I chose their business.
