We understand that not everyone loves planning parties but sometimes you get put in charge of planning one. We also know that even the people who do love planning/hosting parties, don’t always know where to begin. That’s where we come in. We offer virtual event planning and design support for hosts who want their event to feel thoughtful, elevated, and uniquely theirs without the overwhelm of figuring it all out alone. Every client begins with a free 15-minute discovery call to make sure we’re a great fit and that virtual planning is the right solution for your event. From there, our signature Virtual Event Vision Session ($150) includes: - One 90-minute virtual planning session - Theme and concept development - Mood board / Pinterest direction - Color palette and aesthetic styling - Curated shopping links for décor, tabletop, favors, and finishing details - Event layout and guest-flow recommendations - Personalized planning checklist and execution roadmap - One 15 minute follow-up call within 7 days for clarification Need additional support? Optional 45-minute follow-up sessions ($75) are available for design revisions, sourcing questions, or execution troubleshooting. Please note: we currently provide virtual planning and design services only. We do not offer on-site setup, decorating, rentals, staffing, or day-of event execution.
