What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the notarial services requested, number of notarizations, and travel distance. As a mobile notary, a travel/convenience fee may apply based on your location. I provide an estimated total before confirming your appointment so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking what document needs to be notarized, how many notarizations are needed, your ZIP code or meeting location, and preferred appointment time. I’ll provide an estimated cost and confirm the appointment details. At the appointment, I verify identification, perform the appropriate notarial act, complete the notarial certificate, and record the transaction as required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Maryland Notary Public and have completed training on Maryland notarial laws, procedures, identification requirements, recordkeeping, and proper execution of notarial acts. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Business Administration, which supports my commitment to professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent client service.
