I have been very impressed with Nurith Berstein's Next Level Rentals management of my property. Both she and her staff have been quick to respond throughly. They have demonstrated great expertise of the local market and provided me with great peace of mind. She identified areas that needed repair, advice on setting the right rent, effective marketing and tennant research. These were areas I was searching for and my expectations have been blown away. When I received a job offer and had to move to California within the month I immediately started looking for property managers. Originally I had signed up with a different property manager (don't use All About Real Estate...) but after ten days of nothing getting done and poor communication, I knew I had to change managers. After speaking to a few property managers I decided to go with Next Level Rentals. Nurith and the team have been spectacular from day one. They are very responsive, always replying to my emails within the same day, if not the same hour. They are very good at marketing the property and keeping vacancies filled. I had 3 vacancies opening at the end of the month and Nurith had candidates lined up within the week, and all vacancies filled within the second week. They certainly know how to use modern technology to reach the most people with their ads. They are very attentive to your particular needs. My property had a lot of unique characteristics that needed a more personal touch. Since I was renting individual rooms in my single family home, most property managers would not accommodate this. Next Level Rentals happily agreed to continue managing under these terms and have been very proactive about asking tenants if thy plan to renew and drafting the house rules. If you want your property in capable hands you will be hard pressed to find better.

Since day 1 I have received nothing but exceptional service from Nurith (and her team)! I live in VA and my property is in Maryland... before meeting her, I was totally overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done, but she quickly reassured me not to worry - her warm and kind personality instantly made me feel relieved. I own several properties and love to do what I do. I think it runs in my family as I gew up with parents who also owned properties.
