ISMonitoring did a great job! I had a concern with some cracks in the foundation on an addition to my house. I wanted to bring out a structural engineer to ease my concerns/make sure I was on top of the fix. Abdollah did a thorough inspection and gave me peace of mind that the house won't collapse, but also provided me with some fixes to get done to get ahead of things.

ISM is really the best choice available for your small project that larger firms are not interested in helping you. He was professional, responsive, affordable, and provided exactly the service that was needed. I contacted around 10 and most ghosted me somewhere along the process. Of the 3 that did not ghost me, his fee was commensurate with the size of the project. ISM produced work product on an urgent timeline as requested. I would recommend and use his services again.
