I hired Abdollah for structural engineering plans to remove a load-bearing wall as part of my kitchen remodel in Montgomery County. He was responsive, thorough, and took the time to explain my options (including drop beam vs. flush beam), which helped me make the right call for my space and budget. His drawings passed permitting with only a minor update, and he quickly made the revision to comply with the county’s updated code cycle. He also factored in weight distribution for a future kitchen island and made sure everything aligned with county requirements. Overall, his plans were solid, pricing was very fair, and the permit was approved smoothly. I’m glad I went with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone doing residential structural work — especially if you want someone detail-oriented but budget-conscious.
