This is a truly wonderful yoga class -- the "haute couture" of yoga, in my experience. Jenny teaches with passion and demonstrates a deep knowledge and total mastery of yoga, thanks to her studies and years of practice. She helps make an "impossible" pose possible with expert instruction and patience. Jenny also inspires a love for yoga in her students -- I absolutely love the yoga that she teaches. She also imparts the belief that anything is possible with practice and dedication! I cannot recommend Prana Yoga Studio more highly.

I don't have enough good things to say about Jenny and her yoga studio. You leave there with a better understanding of the techniques and wanting to go home and practice what you learned. Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She absolutely loves what she does and genuinely wants to help you grow and improve; both physically and spiritually. The studio is spacious, welcoming, and immaculate. You leave there feeling so much lighter and peaceful -it sets the tone for a relaxing rest of your weekend. It is honestly one of the best self care investments I have made in myself and I highly recommend giving Prana Yoga Studio a try. Add Photos

I’m really happy whit the yoga class , the teacher Jenny is very professional, always she is very nice and received all your students whit a big smile . Trough the class she has a stronger knowledge about the yoga She is patiently whit any level of your students and helping out whit any exercise I’m really glad to be there in amazing classes 🙂
