Wolfmoon Catering helped make the night SUPER special. The bride and groom wanted a free flowing, very relaxed reception. Wolfmoon supported that with their tray served hors d'oeurves, three food stations, open bar, dessert service, and coffee bar. The food was delicious - lots of great comments. Their presentation fit perfectly with the theme. Their bartenders were VERY flexible, making three signature drinks throughout the evening. All in all, the entire Wolfmoon staff, from initial tasting to clean-up, met and exceeded our expectations. The catering went off without a hitch. Thank you Chef Brett and your very kind wife Lisa for the best day of our new life together. Amy and Phil

When we were planning our wedding we contacted so many caterers and were disappointed so many times until we met Chef Brett. We waited for caterers to get back to us for what seemed like forever only to do a tasting and find that the food was gross. That is until we met Chef Brett. He called me back from my first email within the hour and spoke to me at length about what i was looking for. He set up a private tasting for me and my husband and the food was fantastic. He only exceeded my expectations when it came to the actual wedding. People raved about the food and are still talking about his Native American butternut squash soup. Wolfmoon catering did such an awesome job and We really can't thank you enough. We will gladly use Chef Brett again for all of our Catering needs. THANKS AGAIN Angela

We were beyond pleased with the service Chef Brett provided for us at our wedding. You and your staff went 100x's above and beyond our expectations and we would, hands down, hire you again for any big event. The food was amazing, the presentation was incredible, and the friendliness of the staff was top notch! All of our guests raved about the food...even the northerners who refused to try the cheese grits talked about how much they loved them! I mean, if you can get a Yankee to love grits, it MUST be good!! :) Thank you so, so much, again for everything. You are the only person/company we will be recommending to friends and family for any type of catering needs!! Excellent food + incredible pricing + beautiful presentation + friendliest staff in town = Wolfmoon Catering!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I have been teaching cooking classes at a local high school.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cooking with my (Ama' Sa' ni) which means grandma in Navajo. I just would come alive when I cooked.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A wedding for 250 people at Pooks Hill just the best. Some of the food is on my profile.
