If any of this territory was new to Chef Brett and his team, it sure didn't seem like it. From the time of our tasting back in September to the day of our event mid November, it was exactly what he had promised. He was so helpful, communicative and wonderful. Him and his wife are two amazing people and I can even say a power house of a team. His staff for the day were courteous and helpful and exceeded our expectations. The room was set up beautifully and everything was ready on time. Our venue was challenging because there was no kitchen but he came prepared and fired everything out of his "make do" kitchen on time and to perfection. My mother and my husband just LOVED the Chicken Foster as well as the prime rib. The bartenders handled everything well and I know we have a demanding group of friends and family. Chef Brett and Lisa went out of there way to make us feel special at our wedding reception and I could not have asked for a better day. They have a can do attitude, extremely positive, talented at what they do (FOOD WAS DELICIOUS) and the presentation of everything was wonderful.

Chef Brett and his wife Lisa were perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner. This year I hosted my family Thanksgiving dinner at the neighborhood clubhouse. Chef Brett and his wife prepared and awesome Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings. From appetizer to main meal to dessert, everything was delicious. They showed up on time, they were extremely organized, and everything went off without a hitch. The best part.....they took care of everything and I got to enjoy my family. Both Chef Brett and his wife are wonderful people to have at your party. Very reasonable and excellent at what they do.

I hired Chef Brett for my intimate Baby Shower. He was very reasonable with the prices and was able to get everything that I requested. The guest LOVED the food and continued to rave about it the following day. I personally enjoyed the Chicken Marsala, but the other guest loved the Horseradish Mashed Potatoes! Very professional team. I would hire him again for my next event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I have been teaching cooking classes at a local high school.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cooking with my (Ama' Sa' ni) which means grandma in Navajo. I just would come alive when I cooked.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A wedding for 250 people at Pooks Hill just the best. Some of the food is on my profile.
