Damian was very professional, responsive and helpful in my project. He was able to show me the issue and walk me through the fixes. He went out of his way to grab the items he needed during a service call (not expected) and was gracious to waive the installation fee once we realized the ceiling fan was not functional. He was available to walk through other issues after the initial issue. I will definitely call on his help for any future electrical issues. Thanks Damian!
