Fireplace and Furnace Flue Sweeps: Includes cleanings, repairs, and relinings for fireplaces and furnace & hot water heater vents. Exterior masonry chimney repairs and prefab chase cover replacements. Wood stove cleaning and installation. Note: DC&G does not service or install gas logs or inserts. Inspection Process: A video camera scan is used (if accessible) to inspect the interior liner for condition. Exterior chimney service and inspections (both masonry and metal) are also available. 2. Gutter Cleaning and Repairs: Includes gutter and downspout flushing, debris removal, and disposal. Before and after photos are provided. Estimates available for repairs or replacements. 3. Dryer Vent Cleaning and Replacement (if accessible). 4. Power Washing: Available for home siding, driveways, patios, and decks. Service Fees: Gutter cleaning starts at $99 - $175+, depending on the home size and roof pitch. Chimney sweep/clean with detailed inspection: $169.00 (additional discounts for multiple sweeps). Fireplace & chimney inspection: $100.00 (general service call).
